Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We are unable to offer refunds for digital products that have been successfully delivered and accessed.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing product download or access that cannot be resolved
  • Product significantly differs from the description provided
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Product files are corrupted or incomplete

Refund Request Process

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and detailed explanation
  3. Allow up to 5-7 business days for review

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Before Download

If you wish to cancel your order before downloading or accessing the product, please contact us immediately. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
